Shipping within the Contiguous United States

We ship within the contiguous United States (48 states) by UPS as our primary carrier and also provide services by FedEx and the US Postal Service. All carriers services will return shipping cost estimates as long as the services are available to your delivery location. We can ship on your UPS account number for most services, however, this service will incur a standard Order Handling Charge of $4.75. Shipping on your supplied FedEx account carries a $7.25 Order Handling Charge. The cheapest and most efficient way we can ship your goods is with our standard freight carrier UPS  Due to connectivity or service interruptions with all carriers occasionally the shopping cart will return shipping costs of $0.00.  We are not liable for these rare interruptions in service and therefore shipping charges will still be added to orders placed during these instances.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico

All shipments to the above locations can ship by all carriers.

Shipments to APO/FPO military addresses will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail only.

Shipping to International addresses

We ship International orders by UPS and FedEx Worldwide services ONLY. The receiver is responsible for all associated import tariffs, customs charges, and brokerage fees for goods shipped outside the United States. Our customer service representatives will rate shop your order for the best combination of price and requested service.

Due to political and economic instability, we are unable to ship products to certain countries. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Delivery Time

We attempt to ship all orders same day if received by Phone 3pm EST and stock is available. Online orders placed prior to 2pm EST are typically processed for shipment same day, providing stock is available and additional verification of your order is not required. Orders are not processed on Saturdays or Sundays, therefore, online orders placed after 2pm EST on Friday will not be processed for shipment until the next business day, Monday. The day the order is placed is not considered a day in transit for a shipment.

Time-in-Transit by ANY Ground Service (UPS or FedEx) inside the United States can be 2 - 7 business days (not including the day the order is shipped or day of delivery) as we ship from multiple warehouse locations across the US and sometimes items in your order may ship from several different locations. If you have items that are time-sensitive in nature or that you must have by a certain delivery date, we suggest placing your order by phone or select an Air Delivery Option which will meet your delivery requirement.

Backorder Policy

If you order an out-of-stock item from us, we will email you when we expect that product to be available. You will then be among the first to receive the item when we receive it. To cancel your backorder, please contact us: Contact Us

Lamination Station, Inc. will not charge your credit card for backordered items until we ship your order. Since shipping & handling charges are computed for the entire order, backordered items will be shipped without shipping and handling charges added. Backorders will be shipped using the shipping method you selected on the original order, costs for upgrades to shipping methods other than on the original order will be charged.
International Orders: Orders placed shipping to destinations outside the Contiguous United States that contain backordered items will not ship until the order is complete or substitutions for backordered items are made. International orders will not ship 'partial'.
