  1. What should I expect to happen once I place an online order?

    When your order is received, it will be processed within 24 hours. You will automatically be sent an email confirming your order has been received within a short period after placing your order. If you do not receive an automatic email confirmation, please contact us to see if we have received your order. You'll also be sent an email if any item on your order is sold-out or on backorder.

  2. Why isnít my browser working with your site?

    Ordering from our site requires the use of an SSL-compliant browser. We recommend using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Also, your browser preferences must be set to accept "cookies."

  3. Why is my order empty?

    Your browser could be configured to not accept "cookies." This site uses cookies to keep items added to an order "attached" to the correct shopper. Cookies also save you from having to type in all of your billing information every time you order an item. You can change your browser option to accept cookies in the preferences.   4. How do I know if ordering online is secure? What are you going to do with my name and order information?

    We encrypt all your information when placing an order online, transmitting over the Internet using SSL. When your browser is in secure mode, you will notice a closed padlock at the top left of the website address in the browswer.   5. How do I order online?

    We strive to make it as easy as possible for you to order. When shopping online, simply add an item to your order from any product page by entering how many of the item you want in the quantity box, then clicking on the Add To Cart button. Then, follow the on-screen directions. We also accept international orders online.

  6. Which credit cards do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and all Government Purchasing cards such as IMPAC and SmartPay. For your protection, we always verify that your information is correct. Therefore, we cannot accept credit cards from banks that don't allow address verification over the internet.

  7. I'm tax exempt, how can I have tax not added to my order?

    If your company or entity is tax exempt, have a valid/current tax exemption certificate, simply send an email to our main sales email address [] noting your registered username and attach a PDF copy of your sales tax exemption certificate to your email and we will add it to your account. You need to do this prior to placing an order as once we process an order with sale tax on it, we cannot 'rebate' it back to you.
