Shipping
within the Contiguous United States
We ship within the contiguous United States (48 states) by
UPS as our standard carrier. All UPS services are
available upon request as long as they are available to
your delivery location. We can also ship via other
carriers (FedEx/Airborne - no US Postal available within
continental USA) at an additional charge. We can ship on
your account number for most services, however, this
service will incur additional charges. The cheapest and
most efficient way we can ship your goods is with our
standard freight carrier UPS. Due
to connectivity or service interruptions with UPS,
occasionally the shopping cart will return shipping costs
of $0.00. We are not liable for these rare interruptions
in service and therefore shipping charges will still be
added to orders placed during these instances.

Shipping
to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico
All shipments to the above locations ship exclusively by United Parcel Service (UPS).
Shipments to APO/FPO military addresses will be shipped by USPS
Priority Mail only. The shopping cart will not return a cost on this service, however,
we will email you a shipping cost and total before your items ship.

Shipping
to International addresses
We ship International orders by UPS Worldwide services,
FedEx and DHL ONLY. The
receiver is responsible for all associated import tariffs,
customs charges, and brokerage fees for goods shipped
outside the United States. Our customer service
representatives will rate shop your order for the best
combination of price and requested service.
Due to political and economic instability, we are unable
to ship products to certain countries. We apologize for
any inconvenience.

Delivery
Time
We ship all orders same day if received by 1pm EST and
stock is available. Online orders placed prior to 1pm EST
are processed for shipment same day, providing stock is
available and additional verification of your order is not
required. Orders are not processed on Saturdays or
Sundays, therefore, orders placed after 1pm EST on Friday
will not be processed for shipment until the next business
day, Monday. The day the order is placed is not considered
a day in transit for a shipment.

Backorder
Policy
If you order an out-of-stock item from us, we will email
you when we expect that product to be available. You will
then be among the first to receive the item when we
receive it. To cancel your backorder, simply fill out the
following online form: Cancellations.
Lamination Station, Inc. will not charge your credit card
for backordered items until we ship your order. Since we
only charge shipping and handling for items shipped,
backordered items will have shipping and handling charges
added when the backorder is shipped. Backorders will be
shipped using the shipping method you selected. To change
your shipping method, use the following online form: Sales
Dept. Be sure to list your Confirmation Number in your
inquiry.
